I have used Millionaire Virtual Staffing since 2006 and I don't know what I would do with out them. You
will save hours a day by using an assistant. Here is what they've done for me.
1. Answer my 800 number and take seller info sheets, start the initial Internet research on the property,
and then fax it to me. I can then do a quick analysis and be ready to call that person back in 15 min or
when it is convenient for me. I no longer miss calls because I'm busy with my day job and family time
is not interrupted because I have to take a call.
2. Send email's and faxes. I do not always have access to a computer or fax machine, so when I need
something done NOW, all I do is call my Virtual and they take care of it for me. No more waiting till I get
home or searching for an Internet café to take care of business.
3. Research. They located the HOA and utilities for my property and put all the information that I would
need to switch everything into my name in a word doc along with all the information that I would need
to transfer service. All I have to is call them and give them the information, saved me at least a few
hours of search and gathering information.
4. Project. I needed to set up a moving service to get the seller out of the property that I purchase.
Instead of me calling around getting quotes, playing phone tag with the seller and the moving
companies, I had my virtual do it. In the end I just had to make one phone call to verify my credit card
information. Again, saving me time and effort.
With all that said, if you are serious about becoming a real estate investor you need to find yourself a
good assistant.
